I loved my staying here. The first 3 star hotel where everything was perfect and fairly clean. Had well-organised room with a clean bathroom for a good stay.

I liked the beds, they were exceptionally comfortable, and how very polite the staff was. They made my stay great. Warm room, cozy, with a large bathroom. The location was handy, short walk to many restaurants, shops and downtown Richmond.

The rooms were luxurious and included complimentary Wi-Fi, climate control and hairdryer etc. Outstanding staff were more than helpful. Hotel was spotless and the service was impeccable!

We appreciated front desk staff and the bed was super. Being around 4-6 minutes away by foot Wendy's was nice, we had dinner there. This hotel is equal to 3 stars.

Particularly good location, very comfy bed, AMICABLE staff. I loved that the hotel was 27 minutes drive from the airport. Neat reception. I had a comfortable stay, thank you so much!
